Frequently Asked Questions

Unfortunately, due to software limitations we are not able to add items, remove items, or change orders in any way.

Additionally, since all of our products are individually made to order, our manufacturer begins production almost immediately after receiving your order.

So what does this mean?

If you accidentally make a mistake on your order, please send an email to support@lightshield.gg as soon as possible, and this is what will happen:

1. We will check to see if our manufacturer has begun production on your order.
2. If they have not begun production, we will ask them to cancel it, and will refund your entire order so you can make a new order with the correct items.
3. If they have begun production, there is nothing we can do as they do not allow changes in the middle of their production process.

If you're looking to avoid extra shipping fees or import duties by consolidating all of your items into one order, please do your best to make the correct order, or contact us as soon as possible after your realize you need to make a change, thank you!

Please check the "Compatibility" tab on the specific product page you are looking at, for a full list of compatible and incompatible controllers.

Each case will fit the official OEM controller as that is what they are designed for.

If you would like to return a product for any reason at all, please send an email to support@lightshield.gg within 60 days of the original purchase date to initiate the return.

You will then have to ship your product to:

And we will reimburse you for the products, and the shipping fee paid to return the products (not the shipping fee paid on the original order).

Proof of the return shipping fee is required.

If your controller case breaks or otherwise becomes unusable within 1 year of the original purchase date, please send an email to support@lightshield.gg to initiate the warranty claim.

You will then have to ship your damaged product to:

Once received, we will send you a replacement product of the same model and color that was initially ordered.

The warranty must be initiated within 1 year of the original purchase date, and can only be redeemed once per individual controller case purchased.

This warranty does not apply to the "Cord Clip for Gamecube".
