Unfortunately, Shopify (the website hosting platform Light Shield runs on) does not allow me to add items, remove items, or change orders in any way, shape, or form.
Additionally, my manufacturer usually begins production within 24 hours of receiving your order.
So what does this mean?
If you accidentally make a mistake on your order, contact me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, and this is what will happen:
- I will check to see if my manufacturer has begun production on your order.
- If they have not begun production, I will ask them to cancel it, and will refund your entire order so you can make a new order with the correct items.
- If they have begun production, there is nothing I can do as they do not allow changes in the middle of their production process.
If you're looking to avoid extra shipping fees, taxes, and import duties by consolidating all of your items into one order, please do your best to make the correct order, or contact me as soon as possible after your realize you need to make a change, thank you!
